Influenced by the daring style of contemporaneity, OUSE Natural Home is a development that emerge as a free, leading-edge design, highlighted by natural gardens spread throughout the project. Its design is distinguished by the presence of natural elements that bring freshness to leisure areas distributed on different levels, configuring a true urban refuge for its residents.In partnership with LW Design Group, CONDE Urban Design developed the site plan and the program staking aiming to create an ambience that harmonizes with the urban scenario of Campo Grande. Thus, the program was distributed in a high main tower and a slab tower of studios close to street level, dialoguing with the surroundings.
