Renato has over twenty years of experience in the field of urban development. Over the past few decades, he has served as an associate director at some of the most respected international firms in the industry, such as Woods Bagot and Perkins+Will.
Milena oversees the firm’s Masterplan and Urban Design team to deliver holistic and sustainable design solutions. With more than 20 years of experience managing Architecture, Urban Planning and Environmental Design projects, Milena’s ethos is based upon a sensible business case for the proposed mix of uses and sustainable agenda.
Willian is a young architect and urban planner focused on concept and schematic stages of landscape projects. He started his cerrer as a Landscape Architect in 2018, having already participated in dozens of high-end projects in Brazil and abroad. Prior to joinnig CONDE Urban Design, Willian worked for Hanazaki, one of the most prominet landscape consultants in Brazil, where dealing with the landscape aspects of projects has become his passion and specialty.
Fernando has proven experience as a leader of project teams, with excellent design and project management skills that include establishment strategies, conceptual stages, as well as technical standards and documentation. The passion for design led him to work abroad, operating with multidisciplinary teams, broadening the perspective of creative processes and work relationships.
Adriana is a hardworking, responsible, and reliable architect focused on going above and beyond to support clients’ business. Trained and passionate about sustainable residential architecture and the use of alternative energies, she has designed a significant number of single-family homes and has participated in the design of several multi-family housing buildings to high-end apartment blocks and towers.
Morhaf is an architect who is passionate about all scales of architectural and urban design. As a project architect in Syria, his home, Morhaf’s primary focus was the design of civic buildngs and urban-scale interventions within some historic sites and cities.
Lijeesh is a focused professional with long history implementing and ensuring quality control aspects of CAD/BIM technology throughout different organizations. Lijeesh provides CONDE Urban Design with BIM management, bringing his experience to a variety of project types.
Raquel is an architect with vast experience in the development of large projects in BIM. Before joining CONDE Urban Design, Raquel worked in nationally renowned offices in Brazil implementing Revit, including creation of templates, libraries, and team learning. On her day-to-day work Raquel prepares CONDE Urban Design team, who will help bring about a paradigm shift in the construction industry.
Ernani is a Civil Engineer with an MBA in Project Management. His training guarantees an overview of the life cycles of a project, ranging from areas of feasibility to execution of the work. At CONDE Urban Design, Ernani is responsible for the development of procedures, team training, standardization, models and best practices for increasing the quality and accuracy of projects.
Ana Kelly is an architect and urban planner with extensive experience in the Real Estate market in Brazil and Portugal. His work is guided by seriousness and ethical principles. At CONDE Urban Design, Ana is responsible for the commercial plan, for the strategic accounts, and for identifying new business opportunities.
