Brazil-International Connection

CONDE Urban Design highlighted the application of international best practices (such as park neighborhoods and mixed-use) to the national context, showing how urban design can generate value — economic, social and environmental — in planned developments.

Renato Facchinetti Conde reinforced the importance of infrastructure and mobility as strategic differentiators, in addition to the role of planned communities in the face of scarcity and pressure for sustainability.

CONDE Urban Design’s vision is that strategic urban planning is a business asset – essential in subdivisions and planned communities.

CONDE’s Strategic Approach
