The challenge of creating a unique building, where its architecture adds value to the product, while complying with the strict limitations of local legislation in an upscale area of the city of São Paulo, led the team led by Ricardo Baddini to approach a disruptive architecture that relates to the surroundings, bringing scale, comfort and plenty of green space.
Its three floors feature large openings and open plans, while on the ground floor the relationship with the city is expanded with the implementation of a large active façade. On the rooftop, the hanging garden elevates and integrates the surrounding green spaces.
