A landscape design that makes the most of its location
Overlooking a sheltered bay within Dubai’s world-famous Jumeirah Bay Island developed by Meraas, this luxury villa efficiently creates private, sheltered spaces for family living, whilst maximising wide outlooks towards the sea and beyond.
The landscape design includes a generous front yard, open-air sitting areas and outdoor lounges, and a sizable beachfront swimming pool. Its outdoor spaces were zoned out for a variety of experiences.
Variety of experiences tied by a single concept
The modern look front yard comprises of clean lines, earth colours, creative use of stone, and minimised use of colours. It was designed to provide unmatched arrival experience.
A unique boundary wall design with waterfall combined with reflecting pools creates to the villa’s surroundings a special atmosphere, highlighting its architectural design.
At the beach front, customized pathway patterns, a sunken fire pit a long swimming pool with infinite edge give a luxurious feel to the villa.
