Quinta São Jorge will be a high-standard residential condominium that aims to combine the sophistication and exclusivity that a condominium with a vineyard offers, with the well-being of a neighbourhood planned based on sustainability and healthy living.
This new neighbourhood in Alto Paraíso de Goiás seeks to meet the expectations of residents who want to develop winemaking or enjoy living close to a vineyard, and, at the same time, wish to enjoy the benefits of the Chapada dos Veadeiros environment.

The vision for a high-standard development.
Quinta São Jorge will be a high-standard residential condominium that aims to combine the sophistication and exclusivity that a condominium with a vineyard offers, with the well-being of a neighborhood planned based on sustainability and healthy living.
This new neighborhood in Alto Paraíso de Goiás seeks to meet the expectations of residents who want to develop winemaking or enjoy living close to a vineyard, and, at the same time, wish to enjoy the benefits of the Chapada dos Veadeiros environment.
The development also aims to be a complete neighborhood for a first or second home, with local services and commerce on its doorstep, and common areas and open spaces that provide sports and community life for all generations.
Furthermore, the special topography of the land and its views of the surrounding valleys and mountains combined with wine growing, Quinta São Jorge also encompasses a multi-property condominium combined with a high-end boutique hotel that can be seen from any point in the development.


Masterplan inspired by best practices.
The Masterplan for Quinta São Jorge establishes a rural and sophisticated environment, inspired by subdivisions in Europe, unprecedented in the Brazilian Cerrado.
The strategy for implementing the program on this land of more than 1.15 million square meters was to maximize the views of the 690 lots to the vineyards, in order to increase the value of the largest number of lots, as well as positioning common areas in points strategic to provide the same views even to those who do not border the vineyard.
Thus, the five cultivated fields are arranged linearly East-West to take advantage of the sunlight, at the same time, creating distant views over them. Meanwhile, this layout allows for a greater number of lots on the banks of the vineyard.
The option for an orbital collector road system crossed by N-S and E-W roads allowed direct connection at access points along the highway, while providing connectivity through wide boulevards with a density of large trees, making the experience of moving through the most effective and pleasurable undertaking.
This approach also allowed an organic layout for the access roads to the units to be as narrow as possible, creating a welcoming environment in dead-end roads. This also expanded the number of lots at the end of a cul-de-sac street, facing a vineyard, to the maximum.
The highway frontage was used for non-residential uses that will ensure the vibrancy of this community, with public facilities and local commerce. This activated lane, which serves as a buffer between the residential area and the highway, should also receive uses on a regional scale, increasing its attractiveness and the project’s mix of uses.
The hill that divides the land to the south was used in its greatest capacity as a natural monument. While the skyline on its north side was preserved, highlighting the only building at the top: the hotel, its ridge serves as a limit for the use of hotels and multi-properties, on its south side.
This hospitality district has all units overlooking the immediate landscape of the preserved valley, and that in the distance, valleys and mountains. It also has its own entrance via the highway, and the low-lying areas, close to the watercourse, form a linear park with the preservation areas for guests and visitors.
